Learn how to set permanent environment variable in Debian.
The version of Debian I am using in this demo is Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye).
There are a lot of question around how do I add environment variables. And the most common one would be how to permanently set an environment variable so that it is persisted even after power cycling the Debian distribution.
Towards the end I will also demonstrate how to setup permanent PATH variable to your HOME directory.
