Windows found that this file is potentially harmful. To help protect your computer, Windows has blocked access to this file.

This warning is normally encountered when you download a file online (through the world wide web) and try to unzip a file.

To resolve this, right-click on the file that you are trying to execute and select the “Properties” from the context menu.

And remove the check from the “Unblock”.

Once you hit “Apply” button, the Properties pop up window should look like this. Click on “Ok” button to close the popup window.

Try running the executable or unzip file again, and it should not give you the Windows Security Warning message.
