Flow computer ID error will prevent communication between ClearSCADA and SCADAPack. This error occurs if the Flow Computer ID specified in ClearSCADA does not match the Flow Computer ID defined in the RealFlo.
The error you normally get is this

Flow Computer ID “XXXXXXXXX” is already allocated to “XXXXXXXXX.Communication.XXXXXXXXX. Device”.
