When you try to load your Rockwell FactoryTalk View application runtime file (.MER) to your PanelView and you get the following message.

There is insufficient space for opening the runtime project \Application Data\Rockwell Software\RsViewME\Runtime\XXXXXXX. At least 91086 kB of disk space is required, while only 79128 kB of disk space of available.

After that you get the following message.

Unable to load the application.

Spoiler Alert!!!
Delete either the log file or the runtime application file.
