Learn how to place your AO and DO in fail safe mode when in power failure state.

Fallback state is a fail safe mode, in which all outputs take a safe value, in order to save the system in the event of CPU failure. It can either hold the last value or you can assign a predefined value (of an acceptable range).
In this context, fallback (or fail safe) mode applies to Analog Output (AO) and Digital Output only.
