A YouTube demo on how to publish an Android app in Google Play using Google Developer Console.
Clicking the Confirm button would publishing your app.
It takes anywhere between 30 mihnutes to 2 hours for the app to be published.
I have not figured it out why is there such a big gap in time difference. Maybe if you are from Google, you could shed some light.
