Techtalk – RealFlo : Modbus Address Ranges

Realflo is a add-on for SCADAPack, which will enable the end users to perform flow calculations. As you can appreciate that the flow calculation routine in the Realflo (flow computer) uses holding registers to store the configuration, calculated and all other related information pertaining to flow calculations. And these “reserved” Modbus registers are not supposed to be used by the user logic.

The table below show is a quick reference point for the burning question of what are the Modbus registers that will be occupied by Realflo. The screenshot below is from the “Realflo – Reference and User Manual” (page 692 to 693).
