This is how you re-range a transmitter in the ABB Harmony DCS System.

Look for the tag in the Control Engineering tool. Right-click on the tag and select “Goto CLD” in the context menu.

Locate the AO/L and the CIS Interface function block.

Double click on AO/L function block for the AI. For our example it would be for the tag 4-FI1225 and change the value for “Eu Zero of Input (S01)” and “Eu Span of Input (S1)” to 0 and 200 respectively (from 0 and 100). Click on Ok button once done.

Next, double click on the CIS Interface function block. OuR AI is conected to the #3. Modify it to 0 to 200 as well. Click on Ok button once done.

Save the CLD and download it to the respective DCS controller.
